Child Panel Policy & Agreement

This Child Panel Policy & Agreement governs the use of child panel services provided by RukkyStore.

By purchasing or using a child panel, you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview of Service

RukkyStore provides managed child panel solutions where users can operate their own panel under our infrastructure.

By default, all child panels are:

Fully managed by RukkyStore

Hosted on our system

Connected only to our internal API providers

2. Ownership & Access

Child panel users are granted admin access only

Server-level or hosting access is not provided by default

RukkyStore retains full control over the hosting environment, system configuration, and backend infrastructure

3. API Usage Restrictions

Child panels are restricted to RukkyStore-approved API providers only

External API providers cannot be connected unless a full ownership transfer (payoff) is completed

Any attempt to bypass or manipulate API restrictions is strictly prohibited

4. Public API Access

RukkyStore also provides a public API which:

Can be accessed by external developers and platforms

Is separate from child panel infrastructure

Must be used in accordance with our API usage policies

5. Payoff & Full Ownership Transfer

Child panel users may request full ownership of their panel through a payoff process.

Upon successful payoff:

Full hosting/server access will be granted

User gains complete control of their panel

User may connect to any API provider of their choice

Panel can be migrated خارج RukkyStore infrastructure

6. Payoff Fees & Migration

Payoff requires a one-time fee, determined by RukkyStore

Additional fees may apply for:

Data migration

Technical assistance

Custom setup or deployment

RukkyStore will assist with migration where applicable, but:

We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party systems

The user assumes responsibility after transfer

7. Responsibilities of Child Panel Users

You are responsible for:

Managing your customers and services

Setting pricing and policies within your panel

Ensuring lawful and ethical use of the platform

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized system access

Reverse engineer or exploit platform features

Use the panel for fraud, spam, or illegal activities

Violations may result in immediate suspension.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

Features and services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time

10. Suspension & Termination

RukkyStore reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate any child panel

Restrict access due to violations

Enforce policies without prior notice

11. Limitation of Liability

RukkyStore is not liable for:

Business losses or downtime

Customer disputes within your panel

Issues after ownership transfer

12. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
