If you've lost your device or access to your authenticator app:

2. Subject: 2FA Reset Request
3. Include:

• Registered email address
• Username
• A valid government-issued photo ID for verification

• Go to the Login Page.
• Click “Forgot Password?”
• Enter your registered email address.
• Follow the instructions sent to your email.

• The order was only partially completed.
• The remaining amount was refunded to your balance automatically.

4. Select a service.
5. Enter the required link and quantity.
6. Click Submit.
