Effective immediately upon use of the Platform.
1. INTRODUCTION
This Agreement governs the use of the Parent Platform, including all Child Panel services, reseller systems, APIs, hosting infrastructure, and related software services.
By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or operating any service under this Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. DEFINITIONS
Parent Platform – The core system, infrastructure, servers, APIs, architecture, security systems, and backend technology.
Child Panel – A licensed reseller panel operating under the Parent Platform.
User – Any purchaser, reseller, or operator of a Child Panel.
End Customer – Customers of the Child Panel owner.
3. LICENSE & OWNERSHIP
3.1 The Platform is licensed, not sold.
3.2 All intellectual property including:

3.3 No ownership rights are transferred to any User.
4. API CONTROL & RESTRICTIONS

5. HOSTING & INFRASTRUCTURE AUTHORITY

6. PLAN RESOURCES & LIMITATIONS

9. AUTOMATIC REFUND STRUCTURE
9.1 Refunds processed within the system are automatically credited to the respective Child Panel balance where applicable.
9.2 The Parent Platform is not responsible for disputes between Child Panels and their End Customers.
9.3 Refunds do not create liability beyond system wallet adjustments.
10. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION POLICY
10.1 Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated due to actions of a Child Panel may result in:
10.2 Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of payment systems may lead to permanent removal without refund.
10.3 The Parent Platform reserves the right to recover losses caused by payment abuse.
11. SECURITY & RISK DISCLAIMER

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid for the current billing period.
17. NO PARTNERSHIP CLAUSE
Nothing in this Agreement creates:

All core technology, branding elements (unless white-labeled), and infrastructure remain proprietary.
Unauthorized copying, cloning, or replication is prohibited.

The Parent Platform is not liable for failure or delay caused by:

Maintenance, upgrades, and unforeseen issues may cause downtime.
21. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The Parent Platform may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall first attempt mutual resolution.
If unresolved, disputes shall follow the governing jurisdiction of the Parent Platform.
23. BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY
The User is fully responsible for:

24. AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION
By purchasing or operating any Child Panel, the User:

✔ Accepts infrastructure control
✔ Accepts migration conditions
Use of the Platform constitutes legally binding acceptance.
